How do I connect my WhatsApp Business number?+
Go to your Zenai dashboard → Settings → Connect WhatsApp. You'll be guided through Meta Embedded Signup in under 5 minutes. You need a WhatsApp Business account and a phone number that isn't already on WhatsApp.
My bot isn't replying. What do I check?+
First, confirm your bot is toggled ON in the dashboard. Check that your WhatsApp webhook is connected (green indicator in Settings). If issues persist, check that your Meta App is in Live mode (not Development). Contact support if the problem continues.
Can I test my bot without sending real messages?+
Yes. Use the Test Bot panel in your dashboard to simulate incoming messages and see how your scripts and AI respond before going live.
How do I add more intent scripts?+
Go to Bot → Intent Scripts → New Script. Add your keywords, response text, and optional quick reply buttons. Scripts are matched by keyword before AI fallback kicks in.
What happens when none of my scripts match?+
Zenai falls back to Groq AI (LLM), which generates a human-like response based on your business context and bot personality. You can configure the AI personality in Bot → Settings.
How do I take over a conversation from the bot?+
In your dashboard's Live Inbox, click any conversation and click Take Over. The bot will pause for that customer. Click Hand Back to Bot when you're done.
Can I upload a product catalog?+
Yes. Go to Products → Add Products. Upload your product name, price, and image. These sync to your WhatsApp Business catalog automatically.
How do I cancel my subscription?+
Go to Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. Your account stays active until the end of the current billing period. Your data is kept for 30 days after cancellation.
