Voice & Language

Voice Message Transcription
Zenai uses Whisper STT to transcribe voice notes from customers and respond in text.
Swahili & Multilingual Support
The bot auto-detects the customer language and responds accordingly. English and Swahili are fully supported.

Security & Compliance

Data Storage & Encryption
All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Servers are hosted on Hetzner EU with TLS 1.3.
WhatsApp Policy Compliance
Zenai uses Meta's official WhatsApp Cloud API. Learn what you can and cannot send to remain compliant.
